Mentoring

Description: Mentor someone transitioning from prison back to the community. Training and support provided by Prison Fellowship and/or Up Works Ministries. Option to either mentor someone upon their release or to begin mentoring to someone their final 6 months in prison and 6 months upon their release.

Commitment: Meet a minimum of twice a month outside of prison. Asked to visit weekly if mentoring someone their final 6 months in prison and 6 months upon their release. Commitment in this ministry is expected for 1 year.

Mentors are currently needed at the Red Wing Juvenile Detention Center.
